wonderful college level textbook for an introductory class in kinesiology. highly readable and engaging, which is shockingly nice given the topic. good use of colorful graphics and statistics. great inclusion of activity level differentials in persons of different economic/educationonal backgrounds. tha author and editors know their stuff and know how to write about it to make the material you need to know pop out. fun, factual, fascinating. good buy.
