This textbook was extremely helpful in finding texts that students will actually read – not just glance through. It provides many different lists for every kind of reader and also helps to guide the teacher or parent as to what texts to use and how to turn these texts into lessons. I still have it and will use it throughout my teaching career as my students love the books that I have chosen using this textbook.
